1: This is because music is stereo. Spotify cannot mix to multichannel (e.g. must be done in the amplifier itself). I connected the external Sound Blaster X4 with USB to a mini PC and then analogue to a sound system, works perfectly. I think that a connection via the existing Toelink connection also works (and of course with even better quality :-) I later bought a small soundbar from Creative, but it already has an integrated sound card, so I no longer need the X4 ...
Unfortunately, the Sound Blaster Katana SE is not available from any supplier at the moment, which is why we are unable to include the soundbar for the time being.
