I would have the pump controlled directly by the mainboard via Bios. The Commander PRO seems to have problems with the maximum speed of this pump. Here is a discussion on this topic: http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=926237

You have to buy them separately depending on the type and size of hose you want to use.

The LEDs are arranged inside the pump, as can be seen in pictures 5 and 6.
