Hello, the radius is much further than 9 metres. I have one outside and it has to spark through concrete, which is easily 30 metres. At my parents' house it's even 40 metres through 3 concrete walls and even that works perfectly. Reliable: top!!!

No, the eufy cameras work on a proprietary 1ghz network as a security measure like the arlo cameras and others, only tp-link allows to link their cameras to the wifi network and it will only be in 2.4ghz
