It has a USB-C port. You can use it to charge. You don't need the charging station
Sorry, but it works fine for me and I have no problems with it on Windows11.
Not in the basic version, but there is additional software that presumably makes this possible. I don't have any experience with it.

After having figured out how to allow the dongle to replace the build in bluetooth device, it works. Stereo - fine quality - I can end sessions with the button on the side.

Audio works fine. (Microphone and earpiece) Control functions such as volume, mute and call answer cannot be performed by the headset.
USB is for charging only. No audio support.
