Question about N510 Ip Pro - 774415 Hello, I saw on your site that the device could arrive at the delivery address of Issack Biyong, IPM-International, Grand-rue 1A, 1st floor, 2000 Neuchâtel between 24 February and 1 March. Previously the likely date was between 14 and 19 February. Is this last date finally the right one? Yours sincerely

I would only use "Pro" handsets with the N510 IP Pro. Certain older non-"Pro" models such as the C610H, SL400 run without restrictions, but this is not currently documented anywhere. The more modern consumer handsets are probably intentionally neutered in functionality if you want to use them with "Pro" base stations. Details on interoperability with non-"Pro" handsets can be found here: https://teamwork.gigaset.com/gigawiki... The CL660HX works on the N510 IP Pro only with considerable limitations - even simple functions such as the call list do not work. I have tried it and cannot recommend this combination: You can't even make a callback to a missed or accepted call without re-entering the number manually.

Hello, you must be able to obtain the IP telephony data (SIP) from your telephone service provider, then it works. The N510 is connected to the Internet via LAN. The signal from your router is not needed. Kind regards Christian

I have two cl660 and a sl910 connected to the n510 ip pro station and have had it in the shop for a year. Haven't noticed it dialing it slowly. I don't have a base station though, the handsets are registered directly to the n510 ip. Maybe check the data with a login via the browser.

Hello this works without problems, I have connected 4 SX 530, the configuration can be "logged in" in the Swisscom Internetbox (not Swisscom Service Center) and read out (activate expert mode). There are also online instructions from Swisscom on how to set up IP/SIP, under the Internet box type you use at home.
