Hello, is the camera compatible with a Transcend USD300S SD memory card? If so, is an SD card already included?

Google's Nest camera (1920 x 1080 pixels) is not compatible with a Transcend USD300S SD memory card, as it does not support external memory card storage. It also does not include an SD card. Primary storage is via the cloud or a limited local video history in the event of a Wi-Fi outage.

If you mean automatic or motorised rotation (and tilt): no. The camera is designed to be orientated to a fixed point after installation. If the angle of view is to be changed, this must be done on site. Note: if the camera is mounted upside down (e.g. on the ceiling), the image can be flipped in the Google Home app.
