...Digitec gives 2 years for used Ram but sometimes only 1 year, if you send the G.Skill directly to G.Skill in Germany, the manufacturer's warranty of 30 years still counts.

Of course, this also depends very much on what your CPU and the internal memory controller can handle.
According to the spec, your CPU is maxed out at 2666, everything above that is just luck or try & error, increase voltages, adjust timings, different board.
I have had them running at 1.5v on 4000 CL12. But it was also a lot of fiddling with the values

I think Digitec has given the wrong information, there should be 2 x 8 GB and not 16 per module. You can also report this under the specifications and then click on "Report incorrect data".

The hype is exaggerated in my view. This Ram runs fast enough and reliably with my b550i + 3700. XMP profile recognised immediately.
I installed these Ram Sticks in 2018.

In reality, Yes without concern just that from now on, Intel considers the X.M.P profile (that you enable to set it to the speed displayed in the UEFI/BIOS) on RAMs that have frequencies above 2400 MHz (the most basic of RAM speeds) as overclocking.
And therefore potentially not supported by the warranty if you set it to the indicated frequency.

It supports DDR4 modules with up to 3200 MHz, so everything is fine.
Yes is compatible. The mainboard supports RAM up to 4400mhz, so you could use even faster than these 3200 bars.
