Do you have to order original cartridges or does https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/inkadoo-kompatibel-toner-fuer-hp-color-laser-150-nw-m-c-y-bk-toner-49063589 really work? (there is a note in the description about "some hp printers only accept cartridges with hp chip")

Hello dear Community. I bought this printer (HP Colour Laser 150nw) a year ago and was initially very satisfied. However, the print quality deteriorated relatively quickly and today the printout is no longer usable. The problem is that the upper part of the sheet rubs off onto the second half. This means that the text is no longer legible and the images are very unclear. Do you have the same problem? Somehow I'm surprised that I have to replace a drum or transfer unit after such a short time. I haven't had any problems like this with my old black and white printer over the years... :-(

I'm having trouble pairing the printer with a Mac via USB. It seems to send a print job, but nothing ever arrives at the printer. In the Digitec description, the printer is Mac OS and Windows compatible. According to the HP user manual, the Mac operating system is not supported? I can't find any Mac drivers on the HP website either (only Windows and Linux). Does Digitec have wrong information here? Thank you for your feedback.

Hi, I don't own a Mac but I know for sure that connecting via USB definitely doesn't work. Solution: Simply connect via the network using AirPrint. The description is a bit misleading. You can find the USB information in the user manual! Regards

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. I have the Samsung xpress C430w and unfortunately still various toners etc., this seems to me after the takeover of samsung to be the identical model only new from HP? Is it possible that my Samsung toners will also fit here?
