Hello dear Community. I bought this printer (HP Colour Laser 150nw) a year ago and was initially very satisfied. However, the print quality deteriorated relatively quickly and today the printout is no longer usable. The problem is that the upper part of the sheet rubs off onto the second half. This means that the text is no longer legible and the images are very unclear. Do you have the same problem? Somehow I'm surprised that I have to replace a drum or transfer unit after such a short time. I haven't had any problems like this with my old black and white printer over the years... :-(

Warranty services are only recognised if you use original consumables!

I have the same printer. I don't have that problem. But connectivity via wifi is catastrophic...
