The printer cartridges are not included as standard with the printer, but setup ink cartridges are typically included when you purchase the printer. Here are the details:
- Setup ink cartridges are typically included when you purchase the HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e printer.
- However, separate ink cartridges such as the HP 937 or HP 937e series must be purchased for further operation.
Re 1: Yes, you can. I have just tried it again on the document feeder of the recently purchased 9120e.
Use the "HP smart" app on the computer and tick "double-sided document feeder". This will give you a 2X page PDF from your X-page A4 stack of paper as desired.
Have fun!
All 937 printer cartridges are compatible with the OfficeJet Pro 9120e, with the only difference being our suppliers.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e (Ink, Colour) does support duplex printing. This feature is known as automatic two-sided printing or duplex printing, and it is enabled through the printer settings.
To ensure duplex printing is available, you need to:
- Check the printer properties in the Control Panel or Devices and Printers section on your computer.
- Ensure that the «Duplex Unit» or «Automatic Two-Sided Printing» option is enabled under the Device Settings or Printer Preferences tab.
This feature allows the printer to automatically print on both sides of the paper, which is a standard capability of the HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e.
1. because I have already been caught out once due to poorly specified product features: This all-in-one printer can scan duplex, right?
In other words, it can scan both sides of A4 paper "without" me having to turn the paper over or put it in the paper feed a second time. In other words, I could scan a stack of 20 sheets of paper printed on both sides without any additional intervention and get 40 PDF pages ;-)
2) I understand that all "OfficeJet Pro 912*" products are identical, just sold in different regions of the world. So it would be logical to buy the cheapest one within this series, which is probably the "OfficeJet Pro 9120".
I am interested in your printer HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e All-in-One.

At the same time I would like to order ink cartridges, but it is completely unclear which ones fit. I have found out that they are HP 937. But what are the differences? Do all these 21 versions according to the link below fit? If so, what are the differences?

Interestingly, when I want to order these cartridges, for example, the 9120e model is not listed in the compatible printer models.

As I can't find a telephone number anywhere, I'll just contact you this way, which I find very inconvenient.
