I have never had this problem with the housing until now...
Hello, I cannot confirm compatibility with iMac and Crucial MX500. I am in the Windows environment. However, logically they are universal products, USB connection and SATA interface. IcyBox is a serious product that I have known for more than ten years. Never any problems and it always works. This is a quality that is becoming rare today. The IB-233U3-B model uses a newer controller with USB 3.0 interface with UASP support. The housing does not seem 100% identical to me either.
