MSRP is without taxes in the USA - and for devices that are not available, the price is always set much higher (here). in DE the prices are around 320 € - everyone can choose where they want to buy. Unfortunately, people in Germany prefer to lower the import limit instead of offering more favourable prices - that's just the way the market is in the high-price island. If you want the latest, you always have to dig a little deeper into your pocket or be patient.
