Hi, I just bought the earphones and they hold up really well when jogging, but I'm still testing the different attachments for the sound. I estimate that they stick out 1.5 - 2 cm. Unfortunately, I can't give you any information about the battery life yet.

I have two of these devices, purchased in late 2020 and early 2021. The first soon stopped working, it was replaced under warranty. Both have experienced problems over time. Firstly, the promised 10 hours no longer applies, it is now more like 6 hours. Secondly, both devices did not stop charging, but discharged themselves in the process (the charging light did not switch off), so that they went out, barely used. Two measures have helped so far. First, when I put them in the box, I make sure that the handsets are actually resting on the charging pins. Secondly, it has proved helpful to switch the unit off completely after use by pressing the right handset for five seconds (sometimes more than 5 seconds, just until a tone sounds). In any case, the claim that the earpieces switch off when placed in the box does not seem to be true (any more). In the meantime, the headphones work reasonably well, but I would not buy the product again.

I didn't have that problem, but I had another one. Suddenly both headphones failed. Pairing them again did not help. First I tried the headphones on the PC instead of the TV, where they initially worked, but then they didn't work anymore. There was a warranty claim and the headphones were replaced without any problems.

Helpful answer

Seems strange to me. It is important to take off the headphones and close the charging case, whereupon the message appears on the TV that the disconnection has taken place. For me, the charged headphones last around 4-5 evenings of TV for 2 hours. When I am not using them, I have the impression that they do not discharge.

Should connect automatically when you take both out of the charging cradle. It worked perfectly for me for the first three weeks - then I had the same problem (unpair/repairing didn't help either); after warranty replacement, the new set has been working perfectly for four months.

Why does the price vary from day to day?

The Community is for enquiries about the ownership and use of products and not for price enquiries. For a next time, please contact customer service. However, as the online retail market is a very dynamic one, variations and fluctuations are very frequent and our prices are regularly updated. This may be due to a change of supplier, a production price adjustment, sourcing from abroad, a general decrease or increase in supply and demand. It is for all these reasons that prices can change before your eyes.

Hello.. Apparently there is officially only a full replacement kit with earbuds and everything, which is a bit of an overkill: https://ch.jbl.com/kopfhorer/FGJBLFLOW-.html?dwvar_FGJBLFLOW-_color=Black--Current&cgid=headphones Unofficially there are 2 options: https://www.complyfoam.com/products/twzz-truegrip-1 And on Amazon you can get the following: Rayker Ear Tips Replacement for JBL Greetings
