Hello all Is it also the case that the headphones discharge after a very short time (approx. 2 days) even when not in use? If I leave the headphones in my backpack and don't plug them in, they are usually dead by the time I want to use them. At first, I thought that I had got a model that had been discontinued, so I had them replaced. This also seems to be the case with the new model. Who makes headphones that you want to have plugged in all the time when you want to use them? I am curious about your experiences...

Hello, Can you tell me how long your jbl tws 220 headphones last when you take them out of the case? Are then fully charged.... According to jbl they should last around 3 hours, Mine just make it to 1std and 25 mins, am a bit disappointed as the sound is good. Please feedback thanks

It's similar for me. The earbuds don't do it for 2 hours ... this seems a bit weak to me.

Hello Community I have noticed that the JBL Tune 220TWS on my phone (Honor 10) lag considerably behind with the sound and are asynchronous.... Do you know what can be done about this or what the cause is? It is extremely annoying, especially when playing games or watching films. Sincerely

I use the JBL Tune as well, but unfortunately I haven't noticed this yet. I regularly watch TV with it and I find it synchronous, maybe it's the Device Honor, MfG

Has anyone ever had the problem that only one pair of headphones connects? So far I have not found a solution

try this: Step 1: Unpair the JBL TUNE 220TWS from your phone. Step 2: Place both JBL TUNE 220TWS earbuds back into the charging case. Step 3: Take the right earbud out of the charging case and press it for 10s. Step 3: After this, the reset of your JBL TUNE 220TWS is complete. Step 4: Delete the information of the pairing record on your phone.
