Has anyone ever had the problem that only one pair of headphones connects? So far I have not found a solution

try this: Step 1: Unpair the JBL TUNE 220TWS from your phone. Step 2: Place both JBL TUNE 220TWS earbuds back into the charging case. Step 3: Take the right earbud out of the charging case and press it for 10s. Step 3: After this, the reset of your JBL TUNE 220TWS is complete. Step 4: Delete the information of the pairing record on your phone. Step 5: You can then pair the JBL Tune 220TWS with your phone again.
