As far as I know, the microphones only work via one speaker, even if both speakers are connected via Bluetooth, namely via the speaker to which the receiver is connected.

No, a preamplifier and a power amplifier matching the speaker are required between the microphone receiver and the speaker. However, this microphone can be used with an active speaker (speaker with built-in preamplifier and power amplifier) with a 1/4 inch jack input.

All you need is a large input jack. The radio transmitters are with the microphones. They are not Bluetooth. However, they work very well.

CH1, CH2 etc. are the channels on which the microphone transmits. It could be that someone else in the vicinity is using exactly the same microphone. You can then agree on which channel to transmit on.

Out of the box: no. The connectors are not the same. To try it, you'd need a TS jack to TRRS mini-jack adapter to be recognized as a microphone on the MacBook. Or to get the jack signal into a USB on the MacBook. In itself, not impossible, but it's a bit of a trick.
