Hello Philipp. These RAM memories do not fit in your NAS. You need memory with the SO-DIMM form factor.

Buffered and ECC are almost only available for server mainboards and Xeon processors.

aaalso .... the RAM will never reach these clock rates without XMP or AMP profile. Accordingly, if you want to reach the maximum clock rate, an XMP or AMP profile (depending on the RAM and board) must be loaded. I can't tell you exactly where this is on your board.
However, you should be able to set a memory timing profile or something similar somewhere.
However, this has little or nothing to do with the OC itself, but is a separate setting.
I have a tuf 670 and they run on 6000 but have had some problems, I wouldn't buy Asus again. According to the website they should also run on the B650.
