Welcome to the club! Doesn't help you, but at least you know that you're not alone with the problem. In my case, it's most likely the mainboard. I discovered a dark spot on it. Unfortunately, the attempt to get a replacement board from LG was unsuccessful. LG referred me from one place to the next. The fourth then told me that unfortunately the board could no longer be obtained. Great service :-(

Hello Elbesy I had 6 of these devices with me and had to return them all because of DOA. LG just can't manage to build a device that meets the users' expectations. I had a voltage conversion problem with the internal power supply on all units, which was noticeable as a whirring/clicking sound. Like when you set a dimmer switch to 50%. LG is aware of the problem and other suppliers check their units for this fault after receipt. Digitec does not do this... I have since switched to another brand and can only recommend the same to you. Unless you feel like going to the shop 6 times and constantly exchanging the device.

The Disney app is now available, but unfortunately it cannot be installed. Everyone has the same problem... You have to play it externally via HDMI with an AppleTV or something. Alternatively, you can also use the browser, but I can't recommend that at all. Sorry, no good news yet...

DLP projectors are much warmer than LED and LASER projectors. The best thing to do is to look at individual reviews of your product.

The delivery date is currently stated as 3-4 weeks (no guarantee). The price to be paid is the one given when ordering, so you would not pay more or less than when ordering.
