Hello,can I exchange the fans for the UNI FAN SL-INF 120 ARGB PWM fans - 120mm, black. The dimensions are slightly larger in height at 120 x 122.1 x 25 mm (W x H x D).

Yes you can, simply 3x 120 fans are important, I have installed the 120LL from Corsair.

Can I connect the water cooler to the Uni Hub controller, where the AL120 fans are also connected, and control it via the software? Or do I need another controller?

Yes the pump makes noise but considering the noise of the fans, it covers all the other noises, it's madness, I've never seen a watercooling so noisy! I'm not happy at all, I hope there is an option to reduce this infernal noise? Even when no game is running, the fans are running at full speed, I'm not satisfied with this product, it's not up to my expectations...

Yes, that's correct, the fans fit every water cooling system anyway. They usually have a standard size of 120mm, hence the name 360 (3x120). The water cooling is the same as far as I know.
