...mine, which was delivered by Digitec Galaxus on 14.09.2022, has a screwed HDD cage.
So a 2080ti fits in with integrated aio water cooling. It has a 240 radiator that is 30mm thick. There is still 30mm between the card and the fan. Enough for the power connections due to the construction. Hope could help

The maximum length for the Lian Li O11 Air mini is about 360mm. For safety reasons I would say max 350mm.
According to Digitec, the Palit RTX 4070 is less than 330mm long. So it should fit without any problems.
In the front depending on how big is your GPU, the radiator is 37mm so GPU LENGTH CLEARANCE 362 mm, the maximum GPU size would be 325mm, with the fans on the Fan cage.
On top you need to offset the CPU power plug but will fit, as radiator plus fans is 65mm matching the exact clearance of the case on the top -> https://imgur.com/a...
