LMP USB-C to
Hello, I won't comment on the HDMI version. We tested it on two DELL and SAMSUNG 4k screens connected to an Intel NUC and a Linux Fedora 24 distribution. The display worked in 4k BUT WITH A RESOLUTION AT 30 Hz MAXIMUM. This is what the manufacturer says. We wanted a better refresh rate in 4k, so we chose this model, which is more bulky in terms of length: LMP USB-C 3.1 zu HDMI 2.0 Kabel (HDMI, 180cm) We tested this model with a SAMSUNG 4k display, the same Intel NUC and the same Linux Fedora 24 distribution: It displays well in 4k but with a REFRESHMENT RATE OF 60 Hz. It is moreover indicated in the documentation of the manufacturer: https://www.lmp-adapter.com/en/products/lmp-usb-c-to-hdmi-20-cable I hope my answer helps. Have a nice day! Pierre
Oops, there must have been a mistake. This should be adjusted shortly. Unfortunately, we do not offer such an adapter with such a long cable.
Funktioniert mit meinem Wacom Cintiq 24HD https://ksassets.timeincuk.net/wp/uploads/sites/54/2011/09/front-complete1.jpg
Works for us, with an older Samsung 1920x1200 model from about 2010.
I have tried exactly that. Old Cinema Display (still the silver ones, without the glass) with a brand new MBP: Doesn't work. The picture flickers a lot (it always changes between picture and black and then picture again...). I suspect that the picture signals of the new MBP are no longer compatible with the old display. With a new screen, it worked for me without any problems with this adapter. Conclusion: Adapter good, but old Apple display not compatible with new Apple Macbook.
It supports HDMI 2.0 and up-to 4K.
According to our information, this should not be possible.
