I use it with the Canon G1X . A bridge camera not too heavy... Very well adapted to my needs. The screw thread is standardised on the camera.

The tripod is compatible with many more cameras that are not too heavy: simply remove the quick-release plate from the tripod head and screw it onto the bottom of any camera. It is best to make sure that the plate is facing in the right direction. Then you only have to clamp the camera or plate back into the tripod head.

Ball head is included.

Yes the product comes with a ball head and a mount for the camera. You don't need to buy anything separately as long as you have the default 1/4" screw on your camera.
