Is it possible to fit a second SSD strip?

There are 2 slots on the motherboard, one of which is already used by the original 1Tb SSD. This leaves one slot where you can install a second SSD.

Moin Moin ne short question, I got the PC about 6 months ago, I noticed that the PC does not want to run smoothly in certain games such as Minecraft (Shaders), FiveM (Gta 5 Online with Mod's (legal mods xD)) or the new game Warzone 2. With the MSI Afterburner I looked at how my GPU and my CPU is loaded and I see that my GPU is spackling all the time when playing Warzone 2 and FiveM, with that is meant sometimes the GPU runs 100% and sometimes it just goes down to 30%-40% out of nowhere. I wanted to ask if it is a technical problem, if so how can I fix it. If it is not a technical problem, I should send the PC back and have it checked/repaired by the company (Medion). Thanks for the answers :)

Is it possible to install additional fans under the graphics card?

Do you mean enclosure fans at the bottom of the enclosure? This is usually possible in most enclosures. Unfortunately, I can't find any specific information about this on the Medion manufacturer's website. In this showcase video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hjguw-2wEd4&ab_channel=Ratun) it looks like it has enough space for two enclosure fans on the bottom, but unfortunately I can't see if there are any screw holes there that are needed for installing fans.
