Do you mean enclosure fans at the bottom of the enclosure? This is usually possible in most enclosures. Unfortunately, I can't find any specific information about this on the Medion manufacturer's website. In this showcase video (https://www.youtube.com/watch) it looks like it has enough space for two enclosure fans on the bottom, but unfortunately I can't see if there are any screw holes there that are needed for installing fans.
