Is there any intention to offer the possibility to try out these chairs in the near future? Otherwise, what about the possibility of ordering one and, in case of doubt, making use of the right of return? If the chairs are not in their original packaging, they say at least 10%, but exactly how much should I expect?

How do I attach the back cushion? That's why I would like to return the chair.

I have a question, I'm 1.76 tall and have rather broader shoulders. Should I go for the Icon? Or would the Epic also suffice? Are there also lower gas springs?

I'm 1.75 myself, quite wide and super happy with the Icon. I've sat on both and I don't really like the protruding "wings" of the Epic, but of course that's personal preference. However, both chairs are extremely comfortable and of very high quality, which is why I would rather focus on which one suits you more visually.

Why is the chair even cheaper at Fust? There it costs 599.-. The short spring costs only 29.90.- instead of 39.90.- at Digitec.

We work with different suppliers and daily prices and it may well happen that competitors use a different supplier than we do. There are many :-) As a result, there is sometimes a situation where our product is more expensive than that of our competitors.

It's about time Digitec revised the filters. Why does it have a filter for leather and imitation leather when I get 100% imitation leather under leather?

I have had the chair since the beginning of 2018 and am actually quite satisfied. However, due to my height of 197cm, I find the gas spring too short. I always bend my legs to sit straighter. A higher gas spring should help, but Noblechairs only offers shorter ones, even when asked. I was even told in a rather stroppy manner that I should not fit another one. Does anyone know if any of the accessories fit?

This information is not provided by the manufacturer, the only information provided is the height of the seat: from 46.5 cm to 56.5 cm.

Yes, both are included in the delivery. Just note that the back pad cannot be attached, i.e. it falls down every time you stand up. Personally, this didn't bother me because I only use the back pad sporadically, but other models (Epic) or manufacturers certainly have a better solution.
