In addition I used the Noctua SecuFirm AMD AM5 offset mounting bars, so the cooler is centered over the hottest spot of the CPU. For my AM5 platform (7600x) it was the parts labeled NM-AMB12. You get those free directly from Noctua, you can order them on their website. You still need the original parts you asked about for the screws and standoffs.
