Hello, I am considering buying a qnap ts-464-8g and one or two hd's. this is new to me, I don't know anything about it, I would like to know if if i buy these two products the qnap would be ready to use, or if i also need a ram and ssd nvm2. Thanks

Is it possible to add RAM?

Hi, I currently have a QNAP TS-453 Pro that has given up the ghost. It looks like I can simply migrate the hard drives to a new NAS (at least that's what it says on the QNAP site and is also confirmed in many forums). Can I rely on this? Can I, for example, get the TS-464, install the hard drives and when I boot up the new NAS will continue to run as usual?
