I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't work as long as your PC has a microphone input jack that you plug it into. You'll probably need to consider a jack extension lead to get to your PC case. In fact, this microphone has a cable whose length is designed to be plugged into a RØDE Wireless Go II worn by the person doing the video production and then the link is wireless to the camera that picks up the sound.

Yes, exactly. This microphone has two rings on the plug = TRS. It is therefore suitable for connection to camcorders and digital cameras. For smartphones it needs TRRS, which is recognisable by 3 rings. The RØDE SC4 adapter is the matching transition piece.

Hi Nubi77 I see that the GoPro13 does not have a 3.5 jack. You will therefore need an adapter from USB-C to jack, such as this one: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B01L2CPPH2?tag=projectgop05f-21&geniuslink=true This should work directly without an adapter. See also here: https://projectgo.pro/gopro-hero-13-mic-adapter/ maybe your adapter is the problem

No, it is a headphone jack on the PS5 DualSense Wireless Controller. There is no input for a microphone. The controller has built-in microphones. Also, this type of microphone tends to pick up all the ambient noise. The best option for multiplayer games is still a headset with a microphone. Hey Lawinmaher This should work fine. Note that the sound may be too loud and the microphone may reach its limits. You can try turning the knob all the way down on the RØDE Wireless GO. You may find that the RØDE Wireless GO is sufficient without an additional lavalier mic. (Just make sure it's attached securely so it doesn't get lost). Good luck with the sound recording. Provided you use this accessory, you can use the 3.5 mm jack plug with the camera. https://gopro.com/de/lu/shop/mounts-accessories/pro-3%2C5-mm-mikrofonadapter/AAMIC-001.html

Can I plug this into my laptop?

It can be plugged in, but audio is not transmitted. It might work with a TRRS adapter (but I can't test it because I don't have one). The cable is quite short, but as long as you're sitting in front of the notebook, it's enough. And when you plug in the microphone (even with a TRRS adapter), you no longer get sound from the speakers on the notebook.

If you have an extra microphone input, it should work. On a notebook, however, there are usually combined inputs/outputs for headsets, so you would need the adapter for TRRS. Or you can order the smartLav incl. adapter, then it will certainly work one way or the other: RØDE smartLav+ incl. SC3 Adapter TRRS to TRS (Mono)

I haven't tried it, but from my point of view you need the adapter RØDE SC4 TRS to TRRS Adapter - but then you have the headphone jack occupied and the question is how to connect it if you want to.
