The cable you mentioned delivers perfect quality for 8K devices.
Whether it is also compatible with your listed device, Samsung Frame QE43LS03A, is not so easy to answer because this device "only" delivers 4K.

The 43LS03 model is also listed there - but with an R at the end.
The mod. numbers are a science in themselves. Details can be found here (https://www.zambullo.de/fernseher...), at least as far as the ending with T, R or A is concerned. But the A and T models are listed with QQ instead of QE.
If you want to know for sure, I recommend calling the Samsung Hotline Switzerland 0800 - 726 786.
If they can't give you competent information ... who can?

Normally, yes. This should be compatible :)
I returned the cable because it did not correspond to the original (cross-section). But that was my fault, I didn't read the product description carefully. I also have a Samsung QE50LS03A and can't tell you whether it would fit. I finally bought the cable directly from Samsung. Tip: You can find the correct designation for your Samsung type on the Samsung website.

Yes fits. I use it with 65" model 2021 without problems
Hoi - the cable is (according to the specifications in the text) 15000mm long (that's 15M !) - but whether it fits the frame, I don't know, in the data sheet (also in the specifications, at the very bottom) it is not specified - but best ask at the customer service.

I asked Samsung Support this question for the 55 inch model QE55LS03A. The answer from Schwalbach: "The optionally available OneConnect cable is available under the designation VG-SOCR15/XC. This can be used as an extension". I haven't tried it out yet, the TV has not yet been delivered.

The new Samsung TV QE75QN900A already comes with a One Connect Box and cable. According to the manufacturer, this cable does not fit the new TV.

The delivery dates are updated by our suppliers. Unfortunately, we have no influence on these. As soon as the supplier has more in stock, the dates will also be updated.
According to research, this is suitable for the Frame 4.0.
The manufacturer doesn't seem to give any information on this and unfortunately I didn't find any other precise answers to your question. I assume, however, that this should be possible. If not, you should be able to return the item if necessary.
I did a quick google and saw that it fits. At least according to other shops. I couldn't find any official data.
I also have only one 4K model, the Samsung QE65Q85R, and it fits here.
