Hello, I can't answer you, I bought it for a Nintendo Switch game console, in this case it works very well even if in terms of writing it doesn't deliver.
Yes for the DJI Osmo Pocket you need a micro SD card, so this one works.
I can also highly recommend it for 4K recording and for the huge amount of memory it has.

Yes, it's better in terms of the specifications. Unfortunately, I can't say whether it makes a big difference on the Switch.
Yes, the Steam Deck also supports MicroSD cards with 1TB size.
This card is the "Extreme Pro", so it should perform slightly better than the "Extreme" you mention.
If you look at the stats, and at reviews, it's confirmed that this card is the fastest SanDisk card.

Read and write speed. It depends on where the card will be used. In a Samsung Note or tablet, both will work super well. I use these cards in my Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G and in my Samsung Tablet S6. Can only recommend.

for the same reason SSDs are now so cheap..... The memory chips are becoming cheaper and cheaper to produce, which is reflected in the selling price.
I have used this memory card for the Hero 7 as well as the DJI drone, Mavic Air, without any problem.
The writing speed is even sufficient for the Sony Alpha III, with full resolution. (have a card like this in both slots).
