Once again, everything freezes on the display and no button works. How do I do a hard reset? It can't be that I have to drain the battery by switching on the torch and plugging in the headphones in the cupboard... Thanks for an answer.

I have been using the device for 2.5 years and have never had it freeze. I haven't found a hard reset option either, only a factory reset... But that sounds more like a warranty case to me.

Hello I am a senior citizen and I apologise for my questions about the Sangean MMR-99 DAB+. I have had the device for 2 days. Firstly, when I press DAB, the device searches and finds "exclusively" a presumably Arabic station, clearly and distinctly! Pressing automatic search does not bring up any other stations, why ? Second question, if I listen to FM and a station changes from FM to DAB+ in a month, for example, does the radio automatically switch to DAB+ or can I only find the station under DAB? Third question, do I need to remove the aerial for DAB and DAB+ (I think so)? In general, I can find almost nothing, or nothing at all, about DAB or DAB+ in the enclosed operating instructions. Hello Ragna That's probably only part of the answer. SG has been broadcasting exclusively on DAB since the end of 24. This means that you will not receive the radios in this group (SRF 1.2, 3.4 News, Suisse Classic, Suisse Pop, Suisse Jazz ) on FM. And yes, you will have to remove the aerial. I have not experienced the other problems you describe with my receiver.
