No. As far as I know, this is not possible. Check the support/download page of your mainboard manufacturer for RGB... At Gigabyte, for example, it is called RGB Fusion, at Asus Aurora Sync. If you have connected everything correctly on the mainboard regarding the RGB of the case, you should be able to set everything possible in this programme.
