Hello each other I managed to loosen the USB interface (where you charge the headset) and now the interface is inside the headset. Is there any way to open it by itself and fix it again?

In theory certainly possible, but depends on the type of damage and your skills/tools. Here is a video on how to open the whole thing: https://youtu.be/60uRR410VRw After that, the question is whether the entire PCB on which the USB socket is located has simply shifted or whether the USB socket has been torn off. The former would be easy to repair and the latter would require at least a soldering iron and appropriate skills. Once you have opened the headset, you can upload a photo (e.g. via https://pasteboard.co/ ), then it will be easier to assess the situation.

Replacement ear pads would be highly recommended as an accessory. Wearing them for a long time in the summer months can quickly make them smelly due to sweat. Does Digitec intend to make them available for sale? The shipping costs of €25 on the manufacturer's website are a bit of a deterrent.

You don't have to throw them away, there is a reason why you can remove the ear pads. You can also put them in the washing machine or wash them by hand.

I currently have an A40 with MIXAMP, but I want to switch to wireless. Can this headset easily compete with the A40? I find the A40 uncomfortable so I want to switch.

I don't have any experience with the A40, but I can say that I am absolutely satisfied with the SteelSeries and would buy it again in a heartbeat. It's very comfortable and for the fact that it's quite closed, it doesn't warm the ears too much. I wear it for several hours at a time while gaming or at the home office. Meetings lasting 4 hours at a time happen repeatedly and the headset has never bothered me. However, even without active sound (i.e. when there is no sound source), it muffles the ambient noise somewhat. That took some getting used to at first. The wireless quality and range is great (depending on what else is in between over several rooms and floors). I'm not a wireless fan per se, but I would never go back to cable headsets.

You can try using a USB-C (to USB type A) adapter to connect the signal receiver to the mobile phone, but you must first test whether this works. The only other way is via cable.

Hello Remo Supplied are: - Radio receiver (USB connection) - Charging cable (without USB power supply) - Headphone cable (USB to jack 3.5mm) And of course the headphones themselves. I hope I have not forgotten anything :)

The Wireless 7 (not PRO) has a simpler base station that connects to the PC. With the Arctis Pro Wireless, an optical and an aux channel can also be routed through the base station to transmit these audio sources. The PRO also comes with 2 batteries, one of which is charging in the base station and one in the headset. As long as the PRO is only used near the base station, you should never run out of battery power for the headset. I have bought both and find the upgrade to the PRO well worth the money.

I use the headphones daily on the PC and on PS4 I have tried them, they are the most comfortable headphones I have ever had. Sound quality Dolby Surround 5.1 or 7.1 for more effects is just top only recommend. And it should also work on PS5
