Can I also connect it to the mobile phone somehow without Bluetooth? Posso collegarlo anche al Cellulare senza Bluetooth?

You can try using a USB-C (to USB type A) adapter to connect the signal receiver to the mobile phone, but you must first test whether this works. The only other way is via cable.
