I suspect you bought the wrong "version". As I understand it, for an Xbox you absolutely need the Arctis Nova 7X SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7X (Wireless) and not the one without the "X"

You can connect the headset to two devices by using the dongle for one connection (e.g. to a PC) and Bluetooth for the other (e.g. to another PC or mobile device). The Arctis Nova 7 supports the simultaneous use of 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth, which makes it possible to listen to two different audio sources at the same time. To do this, connect the dongle to one device and then activate Bluetooth mode on the headset to pair it with another device. Note, however, that connecting to two PCs via Bluetooth at the same time could be difficult as Bluetooth is normally a 1:1 connection. A possible solution would be to use the dongle for one PC and Bluetooth for another device that supports Bluetooth.

Yes, you can connect the Arctis Nova 7 to your Sony Bravia X80J (2021) Android TV using the supplied USB 2.4 GHz dongle, but there are a few important points to note: Connection and latency 1. USB 2.4 GHz dongle: - The Arctis Nova 7's dongle is designed to establish a wireless connection with minimal latency. - You can connect the dongle directly to the USB port of your Sony Bravia X80J. The TV should recognise the device and use it as an audio output source. 2. minimum latency: - The 2.4 GHz dongle is specially optimised for gaming and multimedia, so latency should be very low. This is ideal for films, games and other media. Spatial sound (surround sound) 1. Dolby/DTS support: - The Arctis Nova 7 supports virtual surround sound (e.g. Dolby Audio or DTS) in combination with PC software or consoles, but support is limited by the TV. - Android TVs such as the Sony Bravia X80J can output Dolby AC-3 or DTS audio if this is enabled in the settings. 2. television output: - If the TV supports Dolby/DTS audio, it will output this via HDMI or optical outputs. However, the USB dongle will only support stereo audio or virtual surround sound decoded by the TV. - For the best surround sound, you can check whether your TV has a passthrough setting to send Dolby/DTS data unchanged to the headphones. Limitations - The full functionality of 3D audio (such as SteelSeries' "Sonar" for PC) is limited to PC or dedicated consoles. On a TV, the spatial sound is reduced to stereo or Dolby/DTS formats. - Some Android TVs have limitations with audio output via USB dongles, depending on the firmware. In most cases, however, this works without any problems. Recommendation - Test the headphones with the TV and activate Dolby/DTS in the audio settings of the Bravia X80J. - If you want more spatial sound, you can alternatively connect the headphones to a Dolby-compatible soundbar or AV receiver, if available.

Hello, I have been using the same headset since 2023. However, I have never been able to detect any noises. Could there be a technical problem with your headset? I would have the headset replaced. Greetings

You can connect to the TV via Bluetooth or USB, which is no problem. I have the Playstation5 and the laptop running via the headphones, works great. I can only recommend this headset.

Hi, 3 friends and I all have this headset and we are all super satisfied and have no problems as in your case. Find that the headset is built quite sturdy. LG

I use the headset exclusively with the USB dongle on the PC and cannot detect any noise. The Bluetooth connection has pretty poor sound quality for gaming and I couldn't get the sonar equaliser settings to work via Bluetooth. But if you are susceptible to noise that others haven't heard yet, it's going to be pretty difficult to report on your experiences anyway.

This should not be a special edition, but the usual headset version (EAN 5707119041294. Manufacturer no. 61553) with USB radio transmitter. The Bluetooth specification should still be correct, as this headset combines both according to the manufacturer's website https://steelseries.com/gaming-headsets/arctis-nova-7.
