Can you share my experience with a Kingston M.2 2280 NVME 512 GB SSD in a MiniPC. I have installed the 1 mm pads with a copper plate (for reasons of space). The SSD runs around 30-40 degrees in normal operation and never goes to the max temp of 70 grand. For my application, the 1 mm is completely OK.

You can tell by the manufacturer's number. TG-MP8-120-20-10-2R at the end 2R means 2 pieces.

Sticky rather not. A kind of light adhesive when you press the pad a little. On one side a thinner, on the other a thicker plastic film which you have to peel off.

Yes, as the previous speaker says, you simply cannot use it for the CPU or GPU itself.
