The router is not compatible with Omada. It uses EasyMesh technology, while Omada uses a different mesh system that is not compatible with EasyMesh, so they cannot work together in the same mesh network. In addition, Archer BE800 products cannot be added to the Omada controller to form part of the Omada Mesh system.

I was able to do some research and it looks like the manufacturer uses the same EAN codes (and manufacturer numbers) for the different hardware versions. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us in our warehouse to distinguish between them. As long as the previous versions are in circulation, there will be a chance to get them. So I assume that the latest version will gradually replace the old ones on the shelves.

Yes, it works perfectly with the 10Gbit Fibre7. I entered the router name during the ordering process at Init7 and then received the correct optics.

I use the BE800 directly as a router. I will then set up a Mesh WIFI network with Dedo BE65. But to be honest, they first have to come down significantly in price. I don't yet have the expertise to recommend anything else.

You can create separate SSID for each bandwidth, or you can combine all 3 bandwidth into one SSID and let the devices roam between them.

I think it needs to be homologated for Europe, and then it will be sold in Switzerland. No date available yet.
Normally yes. You just need to make sure you have a Cat.7 cable that goes between the Swisscom módem and the BE800 and connect to the BE800 via wifi. That's what I'm doing.
