Hello. Only indirectly. It is only designed for iOS and Android. But you can also sycronise it with dropbox, evernote or onenote and pick it up there with your PC....
the whole thing works like a sheet of paper. you can cross out the words but not delete them. The most you could do is open the image file after writing and edit it.
