I've just bought this product and it works perfectly for me except that I can't connect the bluetooth and watch my Netflix films. I have the impression that the device isn't compatible with Netflix. If this is the case I will return it as I am disappointed. I even bought the HDMI cable but it's not working either... need help. Thanks

The Wanbo T2 Max runs on a customised Android system. Netflix is therefore not officially supported. Solutions: Use external streaming devices such as Fire TV Stick, Chromecast, Apple TV or Xiaomi Mi TV Stick via HDMI. Alternatively: Stream Netflix from your laptop or smartphone via HDMI cable. For Bluetooth connection, this is only used for audio connection and not for image transmission.
