Yes, you can. The clock does not have to be connected all the time.
Pulse is the term used to describe the pulse waves that can be measured per minute on the arteries - usually on the wrist. They are caused by the movement of the blood, which is pressed against the artery walls with every heartbeat. As a rule, the pulse corresponds to the heart rate, i.e. the heartbeat per minute. No, it can't. If you need a blood pressure monitor, take the "BPM Connect" from Withings. It can also be used with the Healt Mate app. Just like the watch, the scale and the sleep recording.

Yes, it shows the seconds as soon as a certain sport is selected. Also visible on the app! The watch is really recommendable from my point of view, have been using this model for a few years now (not the first watch).... 👍🏼
These are available only in rose gold or silver. There is or used to be a limited edition in yellow gold, but I don't know if you still have it. It's sold out on the manufacturer's website.
