for "standard" surround cinema - TOP!!!
if you have 5.1 speakers (and not 13+7 ;-)), this receiver is fantastic (Denon halt...).
The TV interface is "Commodore 64"-ish, but meets the requirements, as well as the interface on the browser or the smartphone app.
Combined with a Teufel Ultima40 5.1 system.... Joy reigns....Pro

Super upgrade to the existing home cinema
I am absolutely thrilled with this device. We ordered it to integrate our soon to be 15 year old speakers more effectively into the home cinema. Lo and behold, our speakers now reproduce sounds we never heard before. The receiver also solves the issue of loud sound and quiet voices very well. In general, the mixing of the sound image is first class.
So I would not want to give it away again and who can do without Dolby Atmos, gets here for relatively little money very much.
Tip:
It is best to connect the receiver via eARC directly to the TV. Sounds even better than with a Toslink cable.Pro

My new Denon AVR-S650H
Had to wait a very long time for the receiver, but it was worth it. Real Plug & Play, absolutely easy to install according to the menu, full power. Leaves nothing to be desired, I am very satisfied with the part.
