Does the job, but I couldn't overclock it

It must be a defect in the kit I received, but I can't use it with an a-xmp 3200 MHz profile as advertised on the packaging without suffering recurrent windows crashes. But as my games and everything else runs fine like that, I was too lazy to exchange it for a new one ^^
It might be a better deal to buy a 2400 MHz kit if you're not chasing a few extra fps in your games.

    Pro

    • Stable at 2400 MHz

    Contra

    • Unable to set the kit to 3200 MHz as advertised

RAM as far as the eye can see

Even though the RAM is quite stable, I can't shake the feeling that it can reach quite high temperatures. Unfortunately, they don't have thermal sensors to confirm this.

    Pro

    • Overclocking stable
    • 3600 stable and fast
    • Fits the ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Formula

    Contra

    • No thermal sensors

    Installed, tested, running !!!

I installed this kit in my Omen 25L GT12-1000ng.
Since there was already a 16GB kit (2x 8GB from Kingston Hyper X Fury (3200MHZ) inside, I thought it would be a good idea to upgrade it with another of these kits, as nowadays
16GB alone is a bit too little.

So I pressed the button, took off the side cover, added new memory and put the cover back on.

Installation was easy and there were no problems with compatibility. Everything runs really well. :)

CPU-Z showed me that the new and the already installed RAM are 2 different kits, but only the latencies were different. But since I'm not looking for OC or high MHZ (higher than 3200MHZ) and just need more RAM, this is perfectly fine for my needs.

That's why this product gets 5 stars from me.
