    It works very well

I used it for a laptop CPU (12800HX), which was throttling a lot because of high temperatures (used to go to 100 Celsius even at idle, due to dried cooling paste). For me it was difficult to apply, but worth to do it. It is very thin, it can break easily. I needed more attention and patience than I usually have! First time I broke it, but it is a big sheet, so I just cut another piece and I was more careful! The producer says improvements in cooling can happen after 6-10 cycles, but for me the improvement was immediate. I cannot compare it to other cooling paste or cooling pad, because this is my first for this processor (the existing dried cooling paste was a stock cooling paste). I expect this cooling pad to work well for a long time, without drying or pump out, but for the moment I just used it for a week. It is quite new so reports for long term usage do not exist, but I think it is worth a try for anybody who has cooling problems.

    Pro

    • big sheet (can be cut to the necessary size)
    • cools well

    Contra

    • difficult to apply for me (I needed more attention and patience than I usually have !)

    Very impressive.

My laptop with a 7945HX and an RTX 4080 was overheating, even at low wattages. I'm inexperienced with liquid metal application, so I decided to use PTM instead. I honestly wasn't expecting a large difference in temperatures, but I was pleasantly surprised!

    Before when gaming:
    - CPU at 50W was hitting 100°C very often, and would throttle.
    - GPU at 120W was hitting 85°C.

    After PTM application, when gaming:
    - CPU at 70W hits 80°C on average.
    - GPU at 160W hits 80°C as well.

I'm honestly flabbergasted by how good this PTM is. From now on I'll apply PTM on every future laptop I own. Highly recommended! One tip I can give is to cool the PTM sheet in the fridge for 15-30 minutes before applying it, so it will be more resistant to tearing.

The future of laptop/naked die thermal compound

I think these are re-branded Honeywell PTM 7950's which are have legendary status. Should be immune to pump out and it gives me better temperatures than fresh application of kryonaut. I am only going to be using PTM from now on.

    Pro

    • Low risk
    • (supposed to be) almost permanent
    • Outperforms Kryonaut

    Contra

    • Application is hard in warm weather

    Better than any thermal paste

The question of the perfect amount of thermal paste no longer arises here. Pad is easy to cut to size and works straight away

    Pro

    • Absolutely easy to use

Dell laptop CPU under full load runs approx. 20°C cooler with the PhaseSheet, no difference with the GPU

My Dell laptop is now much quieter and faster.

My first attempt to remove the last protective film from the top was not successful, as in https://www.youtube.com/watch. I recommend reading the enclosed
    instructions.
