Ok, I wanted to be as RGB as possible, I did... I went back to Noctua.
Ok, the fans are nice, in terms of RGB, it's perfect. The problems are: fan cables too long (40-50cm), too rigid sheathing and proprietary connectors! You have to connect them to the included case. It adds cables, messes up the cable management... and with 9 fans of this type in a case, it would almost take a second one to store all these cables...
The AIO has too short pipes to be installed vertically in a Lian Li O11 type case.
I'm not a fan of Thermaltake (I've tested different equipment: case, power supply, etc.)...

A luxury water-cooler. It is magnificent in design and performance. Thanks to this acquisition, I can run several programs at the same time. The only negative point is the price, it is a bit too high.

The pump is very efficient and beautiful, but it creates vibrations, I had to put some foam on the front of my box to limit the noise. The pipes are too short to put the radiator anywhere but on top.
I'm very pleased with the product.

Gets the job done on my 3900x, simple installation, pump tubes a bit short, beautiful fans. Best feature is the very moderate noise level!
It is good but lacks RGB fluidity... Otherwise it is good, easy to mount, quiet.
The fans are quiet and functional. The pump is quite loud when it is not reduced by PWM. Good software for the RGB effects. If you give the I9 9900k free rein, the cooling is not enough. I have now limited mine to 160 watts. So it gets about 84 degrees hot with AVX. If you leave the I9 at 95 TDP as it is set in the mainboard by default, the CPU runs at max 54c. but is also extremely downclocked.

I mounted the fan on an AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2990WX and it runs perfectly. Idle 30°, under full load up to 55° with Prime95 all cores at full steam. Reduces heating costs in winter :D
I have made one modification: the thermal paste pads on the coolers are usually not the best. I removed the heat sink and used liquid metal conductive paste.

Not suitable for AMD TR4 CPUs! When idling, the temperature is between 50 and 60 degrees, under stress test approx. 80 degrees. Switched to ENERMAX, idle between partly below 20 degrees, stress test not higher than 55 degrees.
