Do their job 1A and are very nice to look at. Gives the enclosure that certain something. Riing software takes a little getting used to at first, but after a short training period it is very smooth to use.

everything about the Thermaltake fans is terrible, really bad. You can only connect the fans to your own hub, which never works. Then it has to be adjusted with software that also never works. I have written so much with Thermaltake customer service.... Fans still don't work!

I rarely write reviews, but here it just has to be.
Don't even know how to start.... xD
I built a completely new PC (you can check my profile if you want to know the specs). Unfortunately the USB connection was spinning from the beginning and left an error code on the MB when booting. I installed 3 of the 5 fans to the front and connected them via the included controller (1x Molex and 1x internal USB). The fans all run smoothly and glow wildly in all colors if you haven't installed the TT RGB Plus software yet.
Once the software is installed, the error message comes, which was already mentioned here in the product questions and another warning message because of controller No. 1. So in the background you must first deactivate the two unoccupied slots so that the error message disappears, then you can wonderfully adjust the colors of the connected fans and save the profile.
So far so good, it runs for now. Until after the next boot.
PC starts up, error code on MB, fans light up only 2 of 3 with the set colors, program starts, error message (to deactivate the unused slots again), warning message about controller no. 1...
AND THAT EVERY TIME!!!!
I had now really patience with them. Tried several things... Used other USB cables, other internal USB slot, connection not directly to MB but via USB hub (USB hub connection with internal USB, USB hub with USB type A), software reinstallation, etc. If the controller is not connected via USB, I also have no error code when booting.
I simply want a product that works after you set it up. Period. And it doesn't and that's why it's going back. *nerv*
