For the price quite ok
Unfortunately, the transfer speed drops quite a bit (to about 70MB/s) the fuller the disk becomes.

Good product nice quality/price ratio
This is the 4 TB version.
The measured speed result is the following :
Read = 118MB/s stable
Write = 117 MB/s stable
The test is made with a RAM disk from computer to the disk itself, on USB 3.0 port with a file of 9.5GB.
There is no drop of the speed, it is very linear and remains all the time at this speed.
It is probably the best speed/price ratio we can find for these 2.5'' hard drives without any external power supply.

70Gb less
The product is good and has a nice design. However, it is specified for 1TB but in reality you only have 930GB available. It's true that the total capacity varies depending on the operating environment, but 70GB less represents -7%, which is a lot...

Small, quiet and ready for immediate use
For Windows users, the disk is already formatted.
For Mac users, it still needs to be formatted, and off you go.
The disc is so small that you could tape it to the back of the screen on an iMac to make it invisible and always have it available as a backup medium.Pro

Extremely slow, even with a powered USB hub
The drive is extremely slow while writing (less than 1 MB/s), even with a powered USB hub, on both computers I have. I think there is a defect, and I will be asking for a replacement under warranty.

Performance good on laptop, mediocre on NAS.
On the laptop I get good transfer rate.

Is worth the money!
Fulfills its purpose as expected - buy - plug in - go.

Not compatible with Apple
It says that the hard drive is compatible with iOS, but you would have to reformat it, but it doesn't say how to do that.
