TPC FLEX 45 can be used with most common 3D desktop printers that utilize FDM or FFF technology. TPC FLEX 45 is a highly flexible filament for 3D printing that replaces rubber. The combination of flexibility, mechanical strength, durability, and good resistance to chemicals and extreme temperatures makes it a unique filament. This biodegradable high-thermoplastic co-polyester has a high carbon content from renewable materials, which reduces environmental impact. Additionally, TPC FLEX 45 features excellent UV resistance. It is very flexible, stable, heat-resistant over the long term, and has good chemical and UV resistance. The recommended heated bed temperature is approximately 100 °C. Various other options (including those without a heated bed) depend on the type and size of the object being printed. TPC FLEX 45 can be printed better at low speeds due to its flexibility. After purchasing your filament, it is important to store it properly to maintain quality. Over time, the plastic absorbs moisture from the air, leading to small water bubbles in the filament. These bubbles quickly reach their boiling point when heated in the extruder nozzle, causing print defects. The use of desiccants to absorb moisture is highly recommended.
