The EcoStruxure Panel Server Universal is an Ethernet Modbus TCP connection gateway for end devices, such as PowerTag, which communicate wirelessly via radio, as well as for Modbus RTU RS485 devices, featuring web pages for data display. It also extends the EcoStruxure Panel Server Advanced with measuring devices in other properties. The device provides alarm management via email for connected PowerTags for final circuits, along with accurate real-time measurements of energy, power, amperage, and voltage.

Commissioning is easy through the integrated web server or with EcoStruxure Power Commission for configuration reports and register documentation. Troubleshooting is simplified thanks to extended diagnostic information and event logs. It includes a data buffer of selected measured values for approximately one month for Schneider Electric cloud applications.

The device features two 100Base-T Ethernet RJ45 connections, a Modbus RS485 connection via plug-in screw terminal, a connection for an external wireless Wi-Fi antenna, and two digital inputs for potential-free contact or S0 pulses. It complies with ULCSA, IEC61010, UL61010, IEC61974-1, marine certification, IEC61443-4-2, RCM, EAC, and UKCA.

Power supply is 24VDC with a maximum of 3W. It can be mounted on a top-hat rail, with dimensions of 72 mm width, 70 mm depth, and 85 mm height. The operating temperature ranges from -25°C to 70°C, with a relative humidity of 5-95%.
