Product details

Designed for abrasive filaments. The GammaMaster nozzle has been developed to tackle the challenges of modern composite materials. It delivers reliable, consistent extrusion when working with carbon fiber, fiberglass, metal-filled, or glow-in-the-dark filaments—all materials that typically cause rapid wear in standard brass nozzles.

Made from hardened high-speed steel. This nozzle is manufactured from HRC64 grade hardened high-speed steel and features a corrosion-resistant protective coating. The result is an extremely durable tool that withstands mechanical wear and oxidation, making it perfect for high-stress and industrial environments.

High-temperature capable. The GammaMaster nozzle is designed for printing at temperatures of up to 450 degrees Celsius and is compatible with a wide range of technical-grade thermoplastics. This includes high-temperature materials such as PC, PA-CF, PEI, and more—without compromising stability or safety.

Universal compatibility. The nozzle fits all hotends that accommodate M6 threads and 1.75 mm filaments, including Bondtech CHT-compatible systems. Installation is straightforward, and the performance benefits are immediately noticeable, especially in demanding printing environments.
