In terms of sound, the Sony HT-A8000 (also known as the "Sony Bravia Theatre Bar 8") cut a strong figure when tested. Even without a separate subwoofer, it can impress with both intense cinema films and soft classical music. Even though the 5.0.2 soundbar with its two upward-facing height speakers and support for Dolby Atmos gives us hope for more, its surround sound was not entirely convincing...
